Falk consists of the Swedish Sign Language dictionary and the STS Corpus.
The Swedish Sign Language dictionary is a lexical database containing more than 20,000 signs from the Swedish Sign Language. The database is continuously updated and includes not only signs, but also descriptions and example sentences. It offers a variety of search functions, allowing users to search by word, sign form, translation, subject area, and more.
The STS Corpus is a web-based corpus tool that enables users to search for sign glosses or words across various Swedish Sign Language corpora. The tool is continuously enhanced with new content and additional search functionality.
The documentation of the Swedish sign vocabulary and the development of sign language corpora within Språkbanken are carried out by the Lexicon and Corpus Unit of the Section of Sign Language, Department of Linguistics, Stockholm University.
